Well well - you say

By mail I just met a very serviceminded Stéphanie BOUËZET, IMPLUS-EU, Porcheville, France who will send me a free replacement for my broken XTR. That is what I call taking customers seriously!  She received pictures from my Yaktrax and made a good decision.

I think most of us can learn a lession from Stèphanie. At least she made here company proud! Hopefully the new XTR are a blt stronger than the old (new) ones!
